In the delightful medieval village of Lucignano, in val di Chiana, close to the historical center (via Fontebecci) we are building a real estate complex. When we will finish, it will be composed by three building (18 housing units). It's orientated to south-est with wonderful view on the valley until Cortona. We are actually building the first building with 6 housing units: each one has separate entrance and garage (28 mq) in the basement level.
The four external units (two at ground floor and two on first floor) on 65 mq have living/kitchen, bedroom, little bedroom, wc, catchall, garden and rear terrace for ground floor units, balcony and little garden for first floor units.
The two central units (one at ground floor and one on first floor) on 55 mq have have living/kitchen, bedroom, wc, catchall, garden and rear terrace for ground floor units, balcony and little garden for first floor units.
It will be possibile, building an internal stair (already provided in the projects), to convert these units in a single big chalet. (Look at planimetry)
The units, all of them high quality rifiniture, were building according to modern tecnologies with total thermal and acoustic insulation in the walling and external fixtures (with wood and double glazing while the shutters were made with alluminium). We have installed boilers "Riello" and they are ready for air conditiong and solar panel installation on the roof.
